Coach Agreement
Coach Waiver & Membership Acknowledgment
This Agreement is between Rite Coach and the Coach. It outlines independent contractor status, responsibilities, membership fees, and legal acknowledgments.
Effective Date: 2/16/2026Effective for coaches only
1. Independent Contractor Status
Coach is an independent contractor and not an employee or agent of Rite Coach.
2. Coach Responsibilities
- Safety and quality of Coaching Services.
- Compliance with laws and policies.
- Appropriate conduct with minors.
- Maintaining any insurance or certifications.
3. Release
Coach releases Rite Coach from claims arising out of Coach's services, interactions with users, or disputes with Parents/Athletes.
4. Indemnification
Coach agrees to indemnify Rite Coach for claims arising from Coach's services, actions, omissions, or violations.
5. Governing Law
New Jersey law governs.
