1. What Cookies and Browser Storage Are
Cookies are small text files a website stores in your browser. Local storage and session storage are similar browser features. We use them to keep you signed in and remember your choices. We do not use advertising cookies or tracking pixels.
2. Strictly Necessary
These are needed for the site to work and cannot be turned off in our banner. Blocking them in your browser may stop sign-in or signup from working.

3. Analytics
Analytics help us see which pages are useful and fix slow pages. None of them are used for advertising.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_<ID> (cookies) | Google Analytics 4 | Distinguishes visits to measure how the site is used. IP addresses are anonymized. Loaded only if you choose "Accept all". | Up to 180 days |
| No cookies | Umami session replays and heatmaps (self-hosted by Rite Coach) | Records how pages are used, including session replays and heatmaps, to find layout and usability problems. Never runs on sign-in, account or dashboard pages, and message boxes are never recorded. Loaded only if you choose "Accept all". | No storage on your device |
| No cookies | Umami (self-hosted by Rite Coach) | Counts page views and a few button clicks, such as coach signup buttons, without cookies or cross-site tracking. | No storage on your device |
| No cookies | Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights | Aggregated page views and page speed, without cookies or cross-site tracking. | No storage on your device |
4. Your Choices
- Accept all: all analytics above run, including Google Analytics.
- Necessary only: no analytics run at all, not even the cookieless ones, and existing Google Analytics cookies are removed where possible.
- Before you choose: only the cookieless analytics run. Google Analytics never loads until you choose "Accept all".
You can change your choice at any time with "Cookie Settings" in the site footer or on Your Privacy Choices. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
5. Global Privacy Control
If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we treat it as an opt-out: no analytics run in that browser, whatever you chose in the banner, and the banner tells you GPC was detected. We do not sell personal data or use it for targeted advertising in any case.
6. Other Services on Our Pages
Google sign-in loads Google's services only when you choose to sign in with Google. Our fonts are served from our own site, not from Google.
7. Updates to This Policy
We will update this policy when we change the cookies or tools we use. The version and effective date at the top show which version you are reading.
