Tom Weiler

Hello and welcome! My name is Tom Weiler, and I am currently the varsity boys basketball head coach (and Algebra teacher) at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in NJ. I am thrilled to bring experience as a former NCAA D3 assistant coach and director of recruiting, junior college head coach, and NCAA D3 player. Aside from basketball, I am a NJ state certified elementary teacher with additional certifications in mathematics and teacher of students with disabilities.

Each training session is planned to create a positive and challenging environment where kids can improve their skills, learn new concepts, and gain trust in themselves. Most importantly, we will focus on the necessary fundamentals, skills, IQ, and decision-making that will directly translate to game situations, making players more adaptable and confident problem-solvers on the court. I believe that there are many parallels between basketball and life, so values such as discipline, accountability, resilience are always emphasized!
